Free Delivery on all orders over £100.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £100.00. Free delivery only applies to mainland UK orders. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK or from remote areas of mainland UK (including N Ireland, North of Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands) please phone us on 0191 232 5454 to arrange delivery. Large bulky items do not quality for free delivery.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charges on orders under £100.00 is £9.95. This applies to each order and not to each item. This rate is only applicable to orders which are being delivered within mainland UK (not including remote areas). If you are ordering from outside of mainland UK or from remote areas of mainland UK (including N Ireland, North of Scotland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands) please phone us on 0191 232 5454 to arrange delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Where next day delivery is available you must place your order before 12 noon to receive next day delivery.

Large or Bulky Items

Orders which include large (1016 x 1524mm and larger) flat sheets are subject to an extra delivery charge and will only be charged to your order once, irrespective of how many you order. We will advise you of the extra charges before delivery.

Large flat sheets do not qualify for free shipping. This rate is only applicable to orders which are being delivered within mainland UK (not including remote areas). Dispatch Times

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within the given turnaround times. Please let us know if you are working to a specific deadline. We will do everything we can to make sure your order is dispatched in time. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet your deadline we will let you know immediately. If an item is out of stock it will be dispatched as soon as stocks become available.

We will contact you by telephone if your delivery selection is incorrect. Unfortunately, goods can not be dispatched until full payment of any applicable delivery charges has been received.

Redelivery and Failed deliveries

Please ensure that there is someone available at your chosen delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available to accept your order you may be charged for a redelivery. Unfortunately Photoline cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

Cancellation of Orders

Unfortunately we are not able to refund orders for any printed, mounted or laminated orders as these are all bespoke orders. Non-print orders or products can only be refunded if the order is cancelled before they are dispatched. Please ensure that you are certain of the sizes that you require prior to placing your order. Please ask us if you are unsure about whether a product is suitable for your purposes.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We hope you are happy with the products you order from us. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please phone us on 0191 232 5454 to tell us within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for as undamaged and subsequently reported as damaged in transit. Please make sure you are happy with the condition of your order before you sign for them.
