Printing Materials: Print Your Message Loud And Clear

We’re currently living in an age of Social Distancing and for many businesses, it has been challenging trying to make the transition of what would normally be classified as ‘business as usual’ but out of the office and working from home. For the creative type, your workspace can very much make or break your flow, right? If you have a message that you are looking to put across, you don’t want a creative rut to hinder this, and this is exactly where we come in.

Here at Photoline, with over thirty years of experience in the print industry, we want to help you print your message across to your audience, so that you are heard loud and clear, no matter where you are.

Leaflet & Flyer Printing

Want your customer to know that you are operating business as usual? Or that you have had to make some tweaks to your usual operations? Then a leaflet or flyer is easily one of the most effective ways of getting your message across! It is a one-page document that you can use to promote your business, your service or any news and updates.

Poster Printing

If your business stocks a product that is particularly in customer demand right now, then perhaps a poster can advertise your service loud and clear? From A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 to bespoke sizes, the choice is yours!

Brochure Printing

If you have important information that you would like to post to your customers, or face-to-face meetings are currently on hold, why not create your very own business brochure? Prior to a meeting, you can post one out to your client where they can receive a visual representation of the services you can provide, the knowledge, expertise and experience you can bring and background information on your company. Everything you want can be found in one perfect bound place. (Like what we did there?)

Window Vinyls

Window Vinyls can be a perfect advertising solution for the retail industry. Although your store may be temporarily closed right now, there’s no stopping you preparing for your return to the high street. Work with Photoline to create innovative, eye catching and informative Window Vinyls to keep your customer up to date with the progress and status of your store, and be ready for when the time comes.

Custom Printed Wallpaper

Custom Printed Wallpaper printing is ideal for making a BIG statement. If you have a strong message that you want to get across, or a brand motto, then why not print it on your wall? We print premium quality wallpaper drops from your artwork in razor sharp high resolution, using UV stable, non-fade HP inks. Custom printed wallpaper is easily applied and can be removed with water.

Voucher Printing

If your business provides a service that is currently unavailable at the moment, for example a hair salon, beauty services, culinary lessons and so on, then why not consider creating your very own vouchers that your customers can purchase now (supporting your business) and use later when your doors re-open? It’s a great way of generating a profit and giving your customer something to look forward to and a reason to come back.

Top Tips For Keeping Your Creativity Flowing

It can be hard to stay on top of your A-game when you have a new sense of ‘normal’ to adapt to. Here are some of our top tips for keeping your creativity flowing right now:

  • Create an inspiring environment - If you are someone who bounces off the energy in the room, your team around you and the visual aesthetics of a workspace then create an inspiring environment that encapsulates this for you. Create a vision board! (a visual representation of images, words and colours that inspire you, spur on ideas, motivate you and keep you focused on a goal)
  • Be comfortable - When you are sitting at one designated workspot all day every day, it is vital that you are comfortable. Allow natural light as opposed to artificial, have a comfortable chair and enough desk space to occupy your resources
  • Think outside of the box - Don’t create exactly what you have already seen or received through your letterbox. Carry out some market research to get a real understanding of exactly what your customer is wanting from your brand right now, and cater to that. Give them what they need and try to think of new ways of doing so to ensure that you stand out from the crowd, and that they remember you.
  • Start small - Try not to take on a huge project just because you feel like you have to right now. Business may be slow for some right now, but try to hone in on exactly what aspects of your business can still be carried out and how you can make this easier and better for your customer. If you provide products, can you still deliver? If so, offer a small discount on delivery. It’s the finer details that your customer will remember right now.
  • Communication - If you work with a team that all specialise in different areas of the business, then use this as your strength. Ask your sales team to identify what your audience are looking for, what questions they are being asked - ask your finance department to work out any potential discounts you could offer right now - ask your content team to create catchy copy to sell your message in as few words as possible - ask your design department to draw up an engaging and unique design.
